It is recommended that you start the course between 20-37 weeks, however if you start later then I will arrange for you to have some extra practice beforehand in the Hypnomums Club.  In fact everyone is welcome to join Hypnomums Club before they start the course. It’s fun and sociable and you learn lots of extra info about antenatal, birth and postnatal matters.

There are two options for learning – either online via Zoom or In Person, face to face.  Both have exactly the same content and social possibilities, We set up our whats app groups and people start meeting up pretty quickly or chatting away on messenger.

The In Person course consists of 4 Classes.  A Saturday 9.30-1pm and Sunday 9.30-1pm plus two other 1.5 hr zoom sessions just before your birth. This includes home made cakes and refreshments, a meal and a pregnancy yoga class.

The Zoom course consists of 4 classes. Two sessions run over two separate days plus two evenings just before your birth. You will be invited to join the current In Person What’s App group local to you so that you can make new friends.

The cost for the Zoom course is £200, In Person course is £250, both of which include an extensive package of extras:

The In Person course takes place in my lovely 450 yr old farmhouse in Trunch. NR28 0QB.

Each couple also gets membership of the Hypnomums Club which meets for free practice sessions.

• Free practice sessions up until the birth and beyond. Meet people from other courses and make your “Baby-Mum” friends.
• Dads or Partners Refresher sessions so they are really well prepared to be a great birth companion, plus they get to make friends too!
• Membership of Hypnobirthing With Jo Facebook group to keep in touch with all your new friends and to get all the latest fabulous birth stories.

Private 1-2-1 courses can be booked at a time of your choice and costs £495, this includes all of the above also.

HYPNOBIRTHING IN NORFOLK 

These courses are run in my lovely traditional 450 yr old flint walled Norfolk home. Prices are  £250 for the group course. 1-2-1 course is £450.

NEWSFLASH I am just negotiating a fabulous seaside venue which will offer a meal for when the course is finished so we can celebrate together. Watch this space!
